The inteview process

When interviewing for a position with MPS we take you through a series of behavioural based questioning. We also take the time to discuss what's important in your career and how we can find the best opportunity for you. Prior to interviewing with us, it is important you have an idea about what sector and industry you would like to work in and why. It is also important to have an indicative salary range or hourly rate you would like.
