Mitchell Personnel Solutions have developed a unique suite of consequence based awareness simulators known as SceQuence®. Each simulator focuses on presenting new but realistic approaches to age old issues within the public and private sector.

Each simulator is built with numerous scenarios. Each scenario gives the participant a choice of answers. On selecting an answer, the participant is then given a consequence based on their selected choice. After viewing the relevant consequence the participant is provided with relevant feedback.

If the participant chooses the most appropriate response, they will be given a reason why their answer is correct and then move to the next scenario.

If the participant selects an incorrect answer, they will be given a reason why the selected answer is not a suitable response, and will then move on to the next scenario. The incorrectly answered scenario will then look back into the simulator at a later stage, giving them another opportunity to learn from their initial choice.

This style of learning encourages participants to be aware of consequences based on their decision making abilities.
