Workplace bullying is one of the most recognised forms of harassment. For a workplace to be a harmonious environment, staff need to be aware of what is considered harassment, and what to do if they are either party to harassment or are aware of it happening to others.

This consequence based scenario awareness package includes not only the different types of harassment but shows what the implications are to those being harassed and those around them if these situations are not dealt with appropriately.

This package also allows insight to those who may be harassing staff without being aware of it.

The scenarios are designed to show the harassment perspectives of: being harassed; harassing; or managing workplace harassment.
