Tracey has over 16 years experience in the public sector in Business Management and Personnel Security, including previous association with Department of Defence as a Positive Vetting Case Officer for many years. Her Business Management skills have been utilised within Defence at the Australian Defence Force Academy and on the Jindalee Project.

SOME OF HER CAREER APPOINTMENTS COVER:
Business Manager within the Australian Security Vetting Service (Attorney General’s Dept) prior to being seconded to the Implementation Team for the National Security Hotline.

Independent consultant involved in the design, development and delivery of training programs to Commonwealth Agencies and private companies. She has delivered Client Management Training, Security Awareness Training, (both development and delivery), and has recently undertaken Training Needs Analysis on behalf of Commonwealth Departments.

Tracey was rewarded for her efforts, when she was acknowledged as a 2007 and 2008 state finalist in the NSW/ACT Small Business Champion Entrepreneur.
