Ethics and Accountability

Ethics and accountability simulator is designed to enable your leaders and general staff members to identify ethical issues within the workplace. There is a need for staff to understand what ethics are and a knowledge of how to use them correctly in the workplace including analysing ethical problems and dilemmas.

The scenarios within this simulator will guide your staff through the definitions of Ethics and Accountability and place them in situations where their ethics will be questioned.

Some of the scenarios covered include:

  • Computer fraud
  • Understanding the differences between bribes and gifts
  • Addressing the dilemma of knowing what to do about an ethical problem

Participants will be given the opportunity, in a safe environment, to practice ethical service, setting up an ethical workplace, assisting the building of accountability, transparency and trust, and reducing corruption and fraud within the work environment.
